Four Wild and Virtually Crazy Ideas Involving
Disruptive Innovation and Creative Destruction and Health Reform
Virtual
reality (VR) is a
term that applies to computer-simulated environments that can
simulate physical presence in places in the real world, as well as in imaginary
worlds.

Here’s to the
crazy ones, the misfits.
The rebels.
The troublemakers.
The round pegs in
the square holes.
The ones who think differently. They’re not fond of
rules and
They have no respect
for the status quo.
You can quote
them , disagree with them,
Glorify, or
vilify them
The only thing
you can’t do
Is ignore them.
Because they
change things.
They push the
human race forward.
And while some
may see them as
The crazy one, we
see genious
Because they
people who are
Crazy enough to
think
They can change
the world.
Are the one who
do.

Here are four
wild and crazy ideas that border on creative destruction and disruptive
innovatation. You may love or hate these
ideas because they change the status quo.
One, pay doctors
for time spent on the phone or answering emails.
Two, pay doctors spent monitoring patients with remote monitoring devices and
for changing those devices if necessary.
Three, pay
doctors for virtual visits via Skype and
other virtual visitation devices.
Four, deduct expenses for doctors who
do charity work for free.
