Of the Veteran Administration Bureaucracy

The VA system is bureaucratic,

 It is scandalous and aromatic.

It is, I am told, also autocratic.

It is seldom, if ever, charismatic.

It is always profoundly enigmatic.

It is perpetually problematic.

It is of single-payer emblematic.

And rarely if ever is it Hippocratic.
