President Obama’s Blame List

No blame on that account can be laid at my door,

King George III (1738-1820). Letter to Shelburne 1782, “that account “= loss of American colonies

In a heart to heart with MSMC host, Chris Matthews, President Obama listed the following as responsible for the rocky healthcare.gov rollout.

The List
  • ·         “cynicism”
  • ·         “Washington gridlock”
  • ·         “management of government”
  • ·         “big outdated agencies"
  • ·         “huge, widespread organization with increasingly complex tasks in a complex world”
EExplanation

In other words,  Obama went on to explain, “It’s not so much my personal management style or particular issue around the White House organization.”

From these remarks,  I gather the buck doe not stop at his door,  or with the White House staff.”

Rather.

It’s about that place called D.C.
That terrible, wicked capitol city,
D.C.stands  for Darkness and Confusion,
D.C. stands for Dimness and Collusion,
That excludes me.

D.C.  is simply too complex,
Too inwardly, overly convex.
It' s much too complicated,
It's much too constipated,
For my noble projects.

Tweet:  President Obama says  Washington, D.C., is responsible for botched healthcare.gov’s rocky rollout.
