Can President Obama and Health Insurers Put Toothpaste Back into the Tube?
“You can’t put toothpaste back into the tube” is the expression of many health care experts.
Louise Radnosky, “Obama’s Health Insurance Move, “ Washington Wire, November 13, 2013

The president’s move to placate millions of Americans rattled health insurers, who said they were unsure how to revive cancelled policies  in short order..,Mr. Obama’s move to allow cancelled polices to  be reinstated may pose a threat to the law.
Janet Hook, et al, “Insurers Caught Off Guard By Policy Reversal: In Reversal to Quell Protest, Obama Alters Requirement, ” Wall Street Journal, November 15, 2013

Once you pass a law, can you put toothpaste back into the tube?
What would be required in terms of a Democratic legislative lube?

Can you put the genie back into the proverbial  bottle?
Even if you push hard on the pedal and go full throttle?

Can put the horse back into the barn?
Without doing the health law harm?

To skirt a law administratively,
Obama must do it creatively.

How to do it is definitely not a given,
Even for the ObamaCare-driven.

Tweet:   Reversing health plan cancellations may be beyond Obama’s power, once the toothpaste is out of the tube and the law is out in the open.
