Three Obamacare Implementation Problems
Most of problems a President has have roots in the past.
Harry S Truman (1884-1872)

The three major problems facing Obamacare have roots in partisan and rushed way law was passed without adequate thought of consequences.
The three problems are:
One,  Not delivering on promises, rise in costs, employers dropping coverage, hasty and partisan waivering,  paucity  of detailed explanations,  and lack of readiness. Behind schedule, over budget, and short on details.

Two, Doubling of costs of setting up health exchanges in 33 states, from $2.6 billion to $4.4 billion to run state exchange, with another $1.5 billion for federal exchanges, with unlikelihood of getting funding from Congress.

Three,  Premium shock in individual,  small group markets ,  high risk markets, and for young, with probable lack of participation in exchanges and shifts of cost to present policy holders.

In short,  SNAFU.

Tweet:  Obamacare is behind schedule, over-budget, and short on details.  Futthermore,  it may not get funding to correct its misconceptions and miscalculations.
