Doctor Fixes and System Cuts
But
profound as psychology is, it’s a knife that cuts both ways.
Dostoeveski
(1821-1881), The Brothers Karamazov
Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer. Let us not seee to blame for the past. Let us accept our responsibility for the future.

The
fiscal cliff “fix” does not please me at all.
Its ratio
was a deceptive fiscal forty one to one call,Forty one was for raising taxes,
One was for
spending cuts facts.
It does
nothing for the national debt,It strikes me as a very, very bad bet.
It does not
fix anything for our future.
It is as
useless as a broken suture.
It “blames”
hospitals and doctors for “over-coding,”
as the main source of the budget deficit exploding,
It lowers Medicare payments to hospitals ($4.6 billion),
It lowers payments
for end-stage kidney disease ($4.9 billion),
It lowers payments
for multiple procedures done the same day ($1.8 billion),
It raises Obamacare-related taxes by $500 billion,
It doubles
decade health system costs by $2.7
trillion.
It is not a fiscal
cliff fix atall.
It's a recipe for a fiscal fall,
That's all.
That's all.
Tweet: The fiscal fix is no fix at all;
it doesn’t fix the budget: it doesn’t lower taxes for the middle class at all.
