Waiting Until November

Health reform changes await what happens in November.

November will be the time to implement or dismember.

What was said in July and August we won’t remember,

Maybe not even what took place in October or September.

In November governors or Congressperson may be new member,

With a burning passion that glows like a red-hot ember.

But even then he or she will have wait to act until late December

To see what goes into the health reform blender,

To decide to opt in or out of Medicaid

Or health exchanges to  upgrade or downgrade.
