For example, in our search for the most healthy spaghetti sauce we will be left to choose between Ragu (56/100) and Prego (57/100) and I wonder if choosing Ragu really makes all that much difference to our health? It might make a difference in purchasing habits, so expect manufacturers to go into a new tailspin over manipulating their ratings and all manner of potential "under the table" cash transactions. If a person ate one less teaspoon of Ragu at a sitting, you'd have your difference. It's human nature to strain out a gnat and swallow a camel. I think some of this is about gnats, though of course it would be great to encourage people to make healthier choices.
